Cash Assistance In Bangladesh

Climate change often impacts the poorest people the most. Last summer, nearly 2 million people in southeastern Bangladesh were affected by flooding and landslides. With the support of DFID, WFP was able to reach more than 185,000 people with emergency food assistance and provide cash assistance to 35,000 affected people.
