Climbing Out Of Hunger Along The Slopes Of The Himalayas

Despite its epic beauty, the Humla region of northern Nepal is one of the poorest and least developed in the world. Five years of drought have crippled local food production and now many of its inhabitants depend on food aid. But that's all changing with the help of a new programme that teaches poor farmers new skills and keeps them fed as they work on community building projects.
