Seasonal Storms Beginning in Bangladesh are a Deadly Threat to Rohingya Refugees (For the Media)

As part of monsoon readiness efforts, WFP is working with refugees to improve food security and resilience in camps through the protection of food distribution points and e-voucher shops, rehabilitation of access roads, slope stabilization in high-risk areas and clearing drainage canals. Hundreds of Rohingya workers are involved every day in Food Assistance for Assets (FFA) activities in exchange for a cash transfer that also improves the food needs of their families.
