Syria, Adra City and Its Rural IDPs Shelters

People are streaming out of besieged Eastern Ghouta to shelters in rural Damascus. Families arrive weary and hungry after the ordeals they have been facing. WFP is providing them with food rations and date bars for children.

The single greatest priority must be an end to this conflict which has raged for over seven years, claiming lives and pushing ever more people into hunger and misery.
