Syrian Refugees Can't Do It Alone, They Need Our Help

Meet Mohammed Al Talal, a Syrian refugee in Lebanon. At 10 years old, he is the breadwinner of his family. WFP's Executive Director Ertharin Cousin had the chance to meet him during a recent trip to Lebanon, where he told her how this came to be.

His father, Ali was injured in a bomb explosion, and as a result, is disabled and cannot work. Mohammed works in a bakery and a vegetable stand, where he is given bread, unsellable fruit and vegetables to bring home to his family. More than anything else, he misses going to school and playing with his friends.
