Internal Audit Report of ICT Governance in WFP - September 2015

Reference: AR/15/11

As part of its annual work plan, the Office of Internal Audit conducted an audit of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) governance in WFP. The audit focused on activities from 1 January 2014 to 31 March 2015. The audit was conducted in conformance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

UNHCR-WFP Joint Inspection Report of the Biometrics Identification System for food distribution in Kenya - August 2015

Reference: IR/02/2015

WFP’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG) and UNHCR’s Inspector General Office (IGO) agreed to conduct a joint inspection to ensure the system is operating effectively, efficiently and with adequate controls in place. The inspection mission was conducted in March 2015, in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToRs) prepared by OIG and IGO and submitted to WFP and UNHCR Kenya on 5 March 2015. Whenever possible, the inspection adhered to the Charter of WFP Office of the Inspector General and UNHCR’s Inspection Handbook.

Internal Audit Report of WFP Operations in Uganda - August 2015

Reference: AR/15/10

As part of its annual work plan for 2015, the Office of Internal Audit conducted an audit of WFP operations in Uganda, focusing on the period 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015. The audit team conducted the in-country fieldwork, which included on-site visits to various locations in Uganda and a review of related corporate processes that impact across WFP, from 25 May to 5 June 2015. The audit was conducted in conformance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
