Internal Audit of Food Quality and Safety in the WFP Jordan and Lebanon Operations - February 2017

The Office of Internal Audit conducted an audit of food quality and safety in Jordan and Lebanon from January 2015 to October 2016.The audit team conducted the in-country fieldwork from 13 November to 2 December 2016, visited various locations in both countries and reviewed selected corporate processes that impact food quality and safety across WFP. The audit was conducted in conformance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

Internal Audit of WFP CBT Retailer Implementation in Jordan and Lebanon - January 2017

Reference: AR/17/03

As part of its Syria +5 Assurance Plan agreed with management in September 2016, the Office of Internal Audit conducted an audit of WFP’s Cash-Based Transfers Retailer Implementation in Jordan and Lebanon. The audit focused on the period 1 October 2015 to 31 October 2016. The audit team conducted the fieldwork from 7 November to 8 December 2016 in the Jordan and Lebanon Country Offices and through onsite visits to various locations in Lebanon and Jordan. The audit was conducted in conformance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

Internal Audit Report of WFP Operations in Syria - January 2016

As part of its annual work plan for 2015, the Office of Internal Audit conducted an audit of WFP operations in Syria, focusing on the period 1 April 2014 to 31 July 2015. The audit team conducted the in-country fieldwork, which included on-site visits to various locations in Syria, Beirut and Amman, and a review of related corporate processes that impact across WFP, from 28 September to 15 October 2015. The audit was conducted in conformance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
