As part of its annual work plan for 2014, the Office of Internal Audit conducted an audit of WFP operations in Afghanistan. The audit focused on activities from 1 September 2013 to 31 August 2014. The audit field visit took place between 3 and 20 November 2014. The audit was conducted in conformance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
