The Office of the Inspector General of WFP submits this annual report, for the year ended on 31 December 2015, to the Executive Board. The report provides an oversight perspective on WFP’s governance, risk management and control, and an overview of the activities of the Office of the Inspector General, including the Office of Internal Audit and the Office of Inspections and Investigations.
