The Office of the Inspector General of WFP submits its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2021 to the Executive Board. The report provides the Office of the Inspector General’s assessment, based on the scope of the work undertaken, of the effectiveness of WFP’s governance, risk management and control processes in 2021. It also provides an overview of the activities carried out during the year by the Office of the Inspector General, including the Office of Internal Audit and the Office of Inspections and Investigations.
