Joyce Kanyangwa Luma is the Assistant Executive Director ad interim for Workplace and Management, having returned to WFP following her retirement to serve in this role.
She leads WFP's enabling services, overseeing the organization's human resources, management services, technology, security, change management, and wellness and culture portfolios. She helps ensure WFP has the people and solutions needed to deliver its global mandate. A strong advocate for duty of care, she is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive and healthy workplace for all personnel.
