Field-Level Agreement template

A Field-Level Agreement (FLA) is the main agreement used in all types of NGO partnership arrangements. It is used in all circumstances where NGOs handle WFP resources or implement activities on WFP's behalf. An FLA promotes global consistency in the partnership cycle and gives both parties the assurance that their interests are protected by law. 

Below you can find WFP’s corporate FLA documents for information purposes only. The WFP country office, at the time of partnership engagement, prepares the FLA and shares the final copy with the respective Cooperating Partners (CPs). The FLA document in other languages (Arabic, French, Portugese and Spanish) will be made available very soon.
