Implemented from 2021 to 2026 with support from Sweden and Norway, the programme combines agriculture, nutrition, natural resource management, financial inclusion, market access and basic social services, while integrating social cohesion, climate change, gender equality, protection and conflict sensitivity.
Commissioned by WFP’s DRC Country Office, the evaluation will assess whether activities were implemented as planned and examine the programme’s effects on beneficiary communities. Its findings will strengthen accountability to beneficiaries, government partners and donors, identify lessons and good practices, and inform decisions by the three UN agencies and their partners on adapting, expanding or replicating successful resilience approaches.
