It is also a necessary condition for development and underpins the achievement of two-thirds of the SDFs. WFP’s efforts to achieve zero hunger can be strengthened by providing the energy resources needed to produce, transform, and consume food thereby enhancing both food security and nutrition. Find out more on how people’s food security can be enhanced with improved energy access through the following publications.
