https://docs.wfp.org/api/documents/WFP-0000175510/download/
This decentralized evaluation is focused on the WFP Iraq Country Office’s work supporting adaptive solutions for asset creation and improved food systems, while strengthening community capacities to manage shocks and stressors under Strategic Outcome 2. The key programmatic focus is livelihood support, asset creation and climate adaptation activities in Iraq, covering the implementation period from January 2022 to February 2026.

The purpose of this outcome evaluation is to generate evidence-based learning and insight to inform future programme design and planning beyond 2026 for WFP Iraq Country Office, the Government as well as other partners engaged in livelihood support, asset creation and climate adaptation interventions. The activities to be evaluated target conflict-affected and climate change-affected populations, as well as food-insecure returnees, IDPs, Syrian refugees and host communities across the governorates of Erbil, Dohuk, Sulaymaniyah, Ninewa, Anbar, Salah Aldin, Diyala, Baghdad, Basrah, Missan, Muthanna, Thi Qar, Babil, Karbala, Najaf, Diwaniyah and Wassit.
