These terms of reference are for the decentralized final evaluation of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) project ‘Integrated Climate Risk Management for Food Security and Livelihoods in Zimbabwe’ focusing on Masvingo and Rushinga districts.
The project has been implemented by WFP in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Climate and Wildlife. This evaluation will cover the period from February 2021 to August 2026.
The purpose of these terms of reference is to provide key information to stakeholders about the evaluation, to guide the evaluation team and to specify expectations during each phase of the evaluation.
