The audit focused on WFP's programme implementation under Strategic Outcome 2 of the Country Strategic Plan "Crisis-affected populations, including victims of violence, natural disasters and shocks, marginalised communities and vulnerable ethnic populations have adequate access at all times to nutritious foods and diversified diets, and are supported in establishing or improving their livelihoods", representing 77 percent of the Country Strategic Plan expenditure in 2020.
