The objectives of the Strategic Review are to: 1) take stock of the state of food and nutritional security in the country with the key problems that emerge from it; 2) take stock of the deficits in the policies and programmes implemented to respond to these problems; and 3) propose strategic lines of action not only to address these weaknesses, but also to put the DRC on the path to achieving the targets chosen by the fixed horizon.
