As evidence-based policy and resource allocations have been a constant theme in the United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) 2015-2019 as well as in the national Development Plans 2015-2017, WFP is pleased to represent its Scio-economic Atlas.
The illustration of Iraq through the lens of socio-economic data at district level allows planners to view Iraq in terms of development, bypassing the traditional ethno-religious divides that dominate the narrative.
