https://docs.wfp.org/api/documents/WFP-0000152312/download/
This joint report provides an overview of WFP Lebanon's commitment to inclusive programming through 2023 and beyond

In Lebanon, an estimated 10 to 15 percent of the population has physical, sensory, intellectual, or mental disabilities. The legal framework on the rights of persons with disabilities lacks enforcement, resulting in gaps in education, health services, and inclusive environments.

The continued economic and institutional deterioration in Lebanon threatens to worsen the situation of persons with disabilities, struggling to meet their basic needs and access essential services. WFP Lebanon has stated its commitment to Disability Inclusion through its Country Strategic Plan (2023-2025) with dedicated indicators to meet or exceed the global UN Disability Inclusion Strategy (UNDIS) in several areas.
