Despite security and logistics challenges, we are on the ground in Madagascar providing emergency assistance, but we need your help to reach more people around the world.

Tropical Cyclone Batsirai made landfall on the central-eastern coast of Madagascar on February 5th, putting the lives and livelihoods of vulnerable people at risk.

In the worst affected areas, towns have been completely devastated. Houses have been swept away by the violent winds and access is now only possible by air.

Many families who have lost everything rely on support from generous people like you.

Will you help send food?

In countries like Madagascar, children and families need your help now more than ever

In Southern Madagascar, people were already living on the edge of food insecurity. Frequent climate extremes, like cyclones, are only putting children and families at increased risk of hunger.

By donating to the UN World Food Programme, you can help us respond in emergency situations around the world.
